Kicking off the fourth edition of the Design Warm Contest, the first of its kind in Italy dedicated to finding talented new designers to develop innovative designer radiators and towel warmers, conceived by Scirocco, which for the 2025 edition has the world of hospitality as its theme.

Scirocco presents Chain, the new radiator designed by Libero Rutilo (DesignLibero) which reinterprets the classic ladder radiator with a playful and fun style.

Tree by Scirocco, the new free-standing electric radiator designed by Duesette, a design studio that won the last edition of the Design Warm Contest, has won the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024, the international design competition organized by Archiproducts with the aim of recognizing, rewarding and celebrating design excellence.

Scirocco’s new WARMBOOK and TECHBOOK catalogs have arrived with an important expansion of the product range, colors and finishes, as well as a new selection of accessories for the WiFi connection of radiators.

Smooth is a steel radiator and towel warmer whose creative concept revolves entirely around the size of the round-section tubes with which it is made. It is designed in two versions: Bubble, consisting of more generously sized inner elements and the frame, and Slim, which is distinguished by its slimmer and more discreet shapes.

Born from the creative hand of Libero Rutilio, Random is the first Scirocco H radiator created by the Canadian-born and Milanese-adopted designer-winner in 2019 of the second edition of the Design Warm Contest – that takes shape from the conceptual idea of “random disorder on the plane of a bundle of pipes.”

Sunshine Energy, the ultraslim steel radiant plate with innovative electric operation and conceived by Scirocco H’s design department, has been chosen to heat the bathrooms of Palazzo Velabro, a refined hotel that is part of Design Hotels by Marriott, opened in early 2023 under the management of the white label specializing in hotel management LHM and signed by the Milan-based design studio GaribaldiArchitects.

Winter the radiator created by Scirocco H’s in-house research and development department celebrates its 20th year of production and surpasses 12,000 units sold since it was put on the market.

Starlight is a design radiator made up of a thin steel plate with LED lighting system fully integrated into its structure. The sinuous shape, designed by Franca Lucarelli-Bruna Rapisarda, with curved ends and closed by two elegant steel circles, was conceived to recall ancient parchments.

Shadow is a completely customisable designer radiator and towel warmer made of steel with hydronic, electric and mixed operation and elements with a 14 mm diameter round tubular section set in a 30×30 mm square section frame. Based on the required heat output and the available space, SHADOW can be ordered with the ideal dimensions (between 396 and 2041mm in height and 300 and 1200mm in width).

Born in 1989, one of the first companies in Italy to make towel warmers

Created by the industrial designer Libero Rutilo and by the students of the Politecnico di Milano Mattia Dellepiane and Matteo Tagliabue, they were awarded the prizes of 10,000 and 4,000 euros, respectively, in the competition organised by Scirocco H.
