Winter, the towel warmer with an essential design invented by Scirocco H and characterized by its innovative linking system of struts and pipes, has been chosen to decorate and heat the luxurious bathrooms of the new 5-star hotel of Milan: the Hotel VIU Milan.
Opened just a few weeks ago, the structure designed by Studio Arassociati and by Nicola Gallizia Design is located in the elegant Porta Volta district, just a few steps away from the Fondazione Feltrinelli and the polyhedric Steam Factory.
With its modern and eco-sustainable architecture, the Hotel VIU Milan made of glass, metal and wood, with a lush vertical garden that surrounds the warheads, dominates the skyline of the neighborhood, and is now one of the most prestigious design hotels in Milan.
Thanks to its minimal design and its technology, Winter adapts perfectly to the sophisticated hotel bathrooms, in a blend of aesthetic perfection and functionality. The white color chosen for it also exalts the cleansing of its shapes, which blend harmoniously with the sophisticated design of the bathroom, as well as with the elegance of the rest of the room.
Made entirely of brass, noble material for its quality and durability, it owes its success to the technology with which the uprights are connected with the horizontal square-section tubes. This particular technique that Scirocco H uses as an alternative to classic welding makes Winter a unique warm towel with perfect aesthetics, since in this way, while maintaining the body’s heating resistance, the aesthetic imperfections – thanks to the welding process of the elements – are eliminated.
The interiors of the 124 rooms at Hotel VIU Milan, including the 8 suites and a panoramic and exclusive VIU suite, are distinguished by the contrast between parquet floors, minimal dark wood furnishings and light and neutral fabrics.
Everything is made even more perfect by the restaurant of the starry chef Giancarlo Morelli, the informal “bulk” restaurant and the mixology lounge bar and, last but not least: the panoramic terrace with a pool that allows a 360 ° view of the city.
